We loved staying here! The location is amazing, as it is situated in a shopping mall with many shops and places to eat nearby. The staff provide excellent hospitality, and we appreciated all of the services offered such as room service, car hire, laundry service, and tours/ticket assistance. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities including a kitchenette and flat-screen TV. The continental breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

Definitely recommend this place to all.

Our romantic escape was absolutely incredible! the rooms were beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and intimate atmosphere. We loved the modern decor and how clean everything was. the location was perfect, nestled in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It was so peaceful to come back to after a day of exploring. Plus, the fact that it was inside a mall was so convenient. We could easily grab any last-minute souvenirs or even groceries from the grocery market.

There were a few small downsides. the bath towels were a bit rough and could have been softer.

I also appreciated the convenience of having a kitchenette and access to two nice markets in the adjacent shopping area. The complimentary breakfast and tapas during Happy Hour were a delightful addition to my stay. The hotel staff was kind and helpful, and I found the workout area and laundry facilities to be very convenient. Despite not being in the city center, the easy 10-minute walk to the tram provided easy access to all the tourist areas. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was very noisy. I could hear people talking in the hallway and the noise from the street was unbearable.

the front desk staff was professional and handled all our queries efficiently. the location, although away from the city center, was perfect for a calm and peaceful stay. the rooms were comfortable, and my son loved the large TVs. we had an excellent experience and would strongly recommend Element.

We recently stayed at Element and it was truly one of the best places we've stayed in a long time. The hotel was modern, clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We didn't want to get out of bed! The walk-in shower was great, with a rain option, and the cleaning staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast staff, Fatima and Stephanie, were amazing and made our mornings enjoyable. The breakfast itself was tasty and included in the room rate. The front desk staff was also very helpful with directions to transportation options. The attached mall was a nice bonus, with plenty of dining and shopping options. We especially appreciated that they allowed small dogs like our Shih Tzu, Freddy. We will definitely return to Element in the future.
