During my recent stay at Delta, I had the pleasure of interacting with the staff members who consistently exceeded my expectations. From the warm greetings at the front desk to the dedicated housekeeping team, every encounter was filled with politeness and warmth. Even the staff members who were busy with their tasks took the time to exchange pleasant greetings.

I must say, I got great value for my money at Delta. The room was fantastic, clean and comfortable, with a handy fridge. The location worked well for us, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The lack of soundproofing in the rooms is a big issue – the AC and outside noise are constantly audible, making sleep difficult.

The hotel is located next to a small mall with a 24-hour grocery store, which was convenient for us. The hotel facilities, including the lobby and bar, were nicely decorated and pleasant. During our recent stay at Delta, we opted for a king-size bed to ensure a comfortable night's sleep. We were delighted with the spacious and cozy room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing us to drift off into a peaceful slumber. Additionally, the service we received from the staff was exceptional. They were friendly and attentive to our needs, even promptly fixing a toilet issue in one of our rooms. Although there were some minor inconveniences, like the lack of handicap access and the absence of a complimentary breakfast, overall, we had a fantastic experience at Delta Hotels By Marriott Saguenay Conference Centre. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
