I had a fantastic stay at Carlton Mill! the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the park and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and bars. the guest rooms were spacious and comfortable, with lovely verandas that offered a great view. the restaurant served exquisite food, and the breakfast menu was also impressive. I especially loved the muesli. the hotel provided great value for its amenities and location. Highly recommended for business trips or leisure stays.

The location was perfect for exploring the city, and we loved that it had a kitchenette. The use of the laundry room was a bonus after our campervan tour. The room was warm and had all the amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel at home. We also enjoyed dining at the neighboring restaurant, Strawberry Fayre. we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend Carlton Mill to others.

This hotel is great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail throughout the hotel, from the updated decor to the spotlessly clean rooms. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated the small kitchenette in the room and the equally spacious bathroom. The location of the hotel is perfect, with easy access to and from the airport, close proximity to restaurants, and plenty of greenery surrounding the area. Plus, breakfast at Strawberry Fare was a delicious start to the day.

While all was okay during my stay, the wifi connection could definitely be improved.

As avid bike riders, we loved the convenience of the Hotel Carlton Mill. The free onsite parking made it easy for us to bring and store our bikes securely. The hotel's central location meant we were just a short ride away from restaurants, shops, and attractions, including the Canterbury Museum and the Botanic Gardens. The friendly and helpful staff even recommended great biking trails in the area, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The Wi-Fi didn't work in the room, and the beds were too soft, causing us to sleep separately. The sheets were of low standard and the room was always dark.
