For a quick weekend getaway, our stay at Diplomat Inn was fantastic. the room’s hard tile floors were spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the washroom was clean and well-equipped. the free parking was a great perk, and the superior room had everything we needed, from a powerful air conditioner to a range of TV options like Tubi and YouTube. Plus, the location was convenient for exploring Clifton Hill on foot.

We were blown away by the great location, just a short 15, minute walk from the falls and surrounded by awesome dining options. the free upgrade and late check, in accommodation showed fantastic customer service. the public microwave was a handy surprise and the free parking made things so easy for us. Plus, the staff were so friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. an unforgettable experience that I would DEFINITELY recommend to anyone looking for a fabulous stay!

the location was fantastic, within walking distance to the falls. the staff was helpful and kind, making check-in easy. the beds were surprisingly comfortable, and the rooms were updated and clean. I appreciated the automatic locking doors for added security and ample free parking around the hotel.

The Diplomat Inn in Niagara Falls provided a clean and spacious room with modern amenities. the location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions such as Old Falls Street and the Fallsview Tourist Area. the lack of live TV channels and outdated keys were disappointing.

The hotel offers great value for money being close to shops and restaurants, all the downtown activities, and very near Clifton Hill. the rooms are well-appointed, some with Jacuzzis and comfy beds. Additionally, the location is superb, making it convenient to explore all that the area has to offer.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel! the room I stayed in was newly renovated, and it felt like I was the first guest there. the housekeeping was excellent; they quickly brought me extra towels and even set up the TV promptly. the shower was spacious, and there was even coffee with cream provided in the lobby. the location was perfect, just a short walk to most tourist things in Niagara Falls.

. The noise level at night was a bit high, making it challenging to sleep due to loud voices and doors opening and closing.

During our xmas stay, we appreciated the location being only a 15-minute walk from major attractions. the staff was friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. Having a fridge and microwave in the room was convenient for us to store and heat up leftovers.

The rooms lacked basic amenities such as soap, shampoo, and even a working refrigerator. the walls in some areas were in poor condition, giving off an unsanitary vibe.
