At Dockside Inn, we got excellent value for our money. The room was clean and equipped with a convenient kitchenette and full-size refrigerator. The location was great, just a block away from restaurants and Cold Lake. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed.

The food for breakfast could have been improved with a little more variety.

The water pressure in the shower is fantastic, and the free Wi-Fi is reliable. The continental breakfast offers plenty of options, and the staff is friendly.

There is some noise disturbance from other guests in the hotel.

For our one-night stay, the location of this hotel was perfect. Situated near the water, we enjoyed leisurely walks along the boardwalk and had easy access to amenities. The cold breakfast had a variety of options and the coffee was enjoyable. We also appreciated the nearby restaurant, Mamacitas, and the entertainment venue, Axes & Apples. Despite being an older motel, the room was clean, quiet, and adequately met our needs. The staff were friendly and the WiFi worked well. Good value overall.

As older folks, we really appreciated the super clean rooms and comfy beds. The unexpected bonus of having an air conditioner was great, and the fresh smell of the room and bedding made it even better. Good WiFi and convenient location near the hospital and lakefront.

The location of the inn was great, just a short walk to the beautiful lake shore and close to the hospital. It was also easy to find, right off Highway 28. The room I stayed in was clean and cozy, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a decent variety of pastries, cereals, and fruits.

A higher quality soap would have been appreciated.
