The room was clean and well furnished, with comfortable beds and a great view. the hotel staff were welcoming and attentive, and the complimentary cookies upon arrival were a nice touch. the location of the hotel was convenient, being within walking distance of the city center and the attractions.

One downside was the parking lot, which became slippery and dangerous when it snowed. Several guests, including myself, slipped on the slope leading to the parking area.

The facilities at the hotel were fabulous, with a stunning view and first-class bathroom. We loved the spacious room, comfy beds, and friendly staff. It was convenient to have a swimming pool, Starbucks, and restaurant on-site.

The young lady from China went above and beyond, providing helpful information about nearby streets and the falls, saving us time. The room had a good view, showcasing a part of the falls, the town scene, including the sky wheel, tower, and shops. it was a great stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the Doubletree in Niagara Falls. The hotel itself is stunning and the amenities, like the pool and hot tubs, were absolutely amazing. The staff were so friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with beautiful white linen on the beds. We also enjoyed the delicious free cookies we received at check-in. Despite a minor issue with the room cleanliness, the management quickly resolved the situation and even gave us a discount. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

We had dietary restrictions and the breakfast options were limited, but the restaurant manager kindly allowed the chef to make breakfast for us using our own gluten-free pancake mix. The rooms were clean and had beautiful views. The Aveda Spa in the lobby was a great feature, and I had a relaxing massage there. The hotel restaurant, Buchanan's, had excellent service from the waiter Dan and the manager Ahmet, who recommended a visit to Niagara on the Lake. The warm welcome cookies and the cafe downstairs were a nice touch.

I enjoyed the coziness of the hotel and the comfortable environment. the hotel offered complementary services that were a plus.

The bedding was too soft for my liking, and the dim lighting made it hard to read or work in the room. the privacy curtains were not easy to use, and the noise from other guests staying near our room interrupted our peace on some occasions.

The hotel is ideally located in close proximity to the attractions, with many being within walking distance. The room was well-equipped with excellent water pressure in the shower and cozy bedding, while the staff was friendly, polite and helpful. The hotel is modern and clean, and guests even receive warm chocolate chip cookies on check-in. You can choose between hot tubs and a swimming pool being in your pocket.

The parking fee is a bit expensive.
