We had a wonderful stay at Douglas Guest House. The staff were welcoming, and maintenance promptly fixed our TV. The room was spacious, with a kitchenette and couch, plus two TVs. The breakfast provided was fantastic, with a menu to choose from and delicious options. The neighborhood was lovely, with plenty of businesses nearby and a great area for a walk. Highly recommended!

Had an amazing weekend! The location couldn't be better - minutes away from main attractions, restaurants, shops, and public transportation. We enjoyed the delicious complementary breakfast and appreciated the friendly staff that made us feel at home. Our room was cozy and reasonably priced. We also loved the picturesque and quiet suburbs.

The lack of a kettle or coffee maker in the room for early risers. , the shower could use some maintenance/update.

This hotel is great value for money, with reasonable prices for a room with kitchen facilities. Located in a pleasant traditional neighborhood, it's situated on a lovely quiet street but still provides easy access to the train into the city. The staff at this hotel were friendly and provided excellent service. The basic amenities provided in the room, including a private bathroom with above ground windows, were all clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the breakfast included was a nice touch and had a good variety of options.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more pleasant. The room I stayed in had a small kitchen area with coffee amenities, and the bathroom had good shower pressure with hot water.

The only small issue I had was with the soap provided in the shower. I would have preferred bar soap instead of liquid soap.
