The value for our money at Dunowen Properties was excellent. The room was comfortable and perfect for multiple people. The location was ideal, with everything we needed within walking distance. The staff was incredibly helpful and provided clear written instructions and a map. The well-equipped kitchen was a great bonus.

The breakfast could be improved with a welcome pack including coffee/tea and dish sponges. It would be nice to have these small amenities provided for a more convenient stay.

We had a fantastic time during our stay in downtown Vancouver. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the city and close to everything. The apartment was clean and everything worked well. Although the room showed some signs of wear and tear, it was comfortable and had clear instructions for our convenience. We also appreciated the easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.

I highly recommend staying here if you're planning a trip to Vancouver. Everything exceeded my expectations, from the gym to the comfortable beds and even the option for late checkout. It truly made for a fantastic stay.

The location couldn't have been better. We were able to walk to all the main attractions and public transportation was easily accessible. Plus, there were plenty of dining options nearby, so we never went hungry. Another highlight was the prompt maintenance service. Whenever we had an issue, they were quick to fix it, which was greatly appreciated.

The layout of the unit was a bit strange and had a lot of unusable space. One of the bathrooms smelled moldy and the hallway carpet could use some cleaning.
