We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Grand Vacations in Blue Mountains. The location was perfect, close enough to the action but still peaceful. Our room was spacious and had a fantastic balcony with beautiful views. The bathroom was well-stocked with towels and had convenient dispensers for toiletries. The kitchen had everything we needed, including coffee packs and a dish set. The staff, especially Lisa at the front desk, provided excellent customer service. The heated pool overlooking the river was a highlight of our stay.

My recent stay at Hilton Grand Vacations in Blue Mountains was absolutely delightful. We stayed for a week and were impressed with the hotel's convenient location, just across the street from the village. The staff at check-in were friendly and provided clear and calm communication, making us feel truly welcomed. The Loft room we booked exceeded our expectations. The pictures online don't do justice to the massive size, ample closet space, king bed, balcony, and the spacious bathroom with a separate toilet area and shower. The room had everything we needed, from linen to dishes, a refrigerator, kitchen, and microwave. We also enjoyed the umbrella provided for the balcony, which offered a lovely view of a nearby lake and the night sky. The hotel's amenities, such as the cozy area with barbecues and jacuzzi, added the perfect touch to our vacation experience. We are already planning to visit this beautiful place again.

This hotel is located in a prime spot, right in front of Blue Mountain and close to everything. Whether you're looking to hit the slopes or explore the surrounding area, this hotel's location is perfect. The staff here are friendly and attentive, ensuring that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities and even have a cozy fireplace and DVD player, which is a nice bonus. I stayed in a room with a king size bed and had a beautiful view from my window. The attention to detail and the comfortable amenities made my stay here truly delightful.

As bike riders, we loved the convenient shuttle service to the village and the easy access to explore the city and other attractions. The cleanliness of the room and washroom was exceptional, and we enjoyed the porch chairs and hammock provided on the ground floor. The pool area was also a highlight, with a nice swimming pool and hot tub to relax in. The hotel provided plenty of kitchenware and amenities, and the WiFi was excellent. Parking was free and the overall location was quiet and tranquil.
