Oi, this place was a gem! The big room had a lovely jetted tub, perfect for a soak. Breakfast was proper tasty too, especially the made-to-order eggs. Downside? The lighting in the room could do with a boost, it was a bit gloomy. Otherwise, I'd be back in a flash!

such a lovely lobby, if you enjoy darkness! the bathroom was basically a mold incubator, and how can you have a kitchen with no utensils? surprising, considering i expected red-carpet treatment for my stay. i woudl ve appreciated a complimentary gesture given all the chaos. truly, i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

The property was close to Old Town which is what

we desired. Our suite was spacious and impeccably clean, which was a relief given some of the reviews I read. The cooked-to-order omelettes at breakfast were a delight, but the drink options during happy hour left a little to be desired.

where to even start? The room was absolutely freezing. how am i supposed to wear a hat to bed? plus, ran into a rude staff member, just delightful. i certainly hoped for some sort of complimentary gesture for the chaos and discomfort i endured. almost considered a good review but just couldn’t, what a shame.

Great location with room for improvement

The Embassy Suites has a fantastic location near Old Montreal, making it easy to explore historical sites. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and I enjoyed the spacious room with a nice jetted tub.

The elevators were out of service, causing frustrating waits!!! Also, the hotel's cleanliness needs attention. I encountered dirty floors in the restaurant. Additionally, keep an eye on your luggage upon check-in, as there were concerns about reservations not being honored!!!

The staff were incredibly accommodating. they promptly provided us with kitchen equipment and the location allowed us to walk to the nearby attractions, including the Basilica and Old Port area.

The breakfast area felt chaotic at times due to the limited seating. and the hallway carpets could use a refreshing touch.

It was just a suitable option for a transient stop in Montreal with definitely value for money. The breakfast to order was great and always buzzing, which made mornings enjoyable. Try to check out the breakfast early to avoid the rush.

Had a brilliant time! The location's spot on, right by all the sights. Breakfast was great, loads of options, and the happy hour was a treat with top drinks. But, our room could've done with a good clean and it felt a bit tired, but overall, had a proper nice stay!

This place suits me perfectly! I love the 24-hour reception, bar area, and fitness center. The staff once helped me find a car service quickly, which I really appreciated! I always recommend it for anyone seeking comfort. I’ll be back for a weekend!

Checked in after a long trip, and Ann Marie was super quick and efficient, so that felt good. The upgrade to a corner suite was unexpected and nice, huge living space with two TVs and even two fireplaces! I mean, really? Just felt luxurious. And the breakfast was plentiful with made-to-order omelets, but that chaos on the last day was a bit of a nightmare.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, considering the high price but the overall experience was still acceptable.
