Had a lovely stay. The front desk staff was fantastic—super friendly and professional! My room was comfy and nicely modern too.

However, I only received cookies once, and I’m convinced the fridge was auditioning for a horror movie with its uncanny dirtiness!

Had a cracking stay with braw staff—always nice and attentive. The cookie at check-in was pure brilliant! But, the bathroom lighting was a right bother, made it tough to see. Overall, a good experience, but that could use a wee bit of improvement.

No WiFi and dirty microwave experience was disappointing.

staying at doubletree by hilton was a fantastic experience! the location is great, with easy access to several restaurants. The customer service was exceptional. they truly understand hospitality. also, don't forget to enjoy the outdoor pool and fitness center—they're perfect for relaxation after a long day.

I appreciate the spacious room layouts that provide plenty of movement space for wheelchair accessibility. The staff, including Mr Patel and Blanc, went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and appreciated. The location is great, with many excellent restaurant choices just a short drive along Preston Road.

The bathroom lighting could use improvement as it made visibility difficult.

The location is incredibly convenient, with ample shops and restaurants nearby, making it easy to explore. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining the cleanliness of the king room throughout our two-night stay, and the warm cookie at check-in was a delightful surprise. However, the hallway noise was noticeable at times, and the bathroom lighting could use improvement for better visibility. Overall, a solid experience with friendly staff and great amenities.

the breakfast was almost the worst breakfast in the history of breakfasts! It was such a letdown, seeings how much I needed a good meal. Oh, and having to go to the lobby for a microwave? ridiculous! I nearly gave a good review until I felt like a mere regular guest instead of the queen I am!

During my two-night stay, I encountered persistent noise issues due to thin walls. I could easily hear arguments from neighboring rooms, which disrupted my peace significantly. Additionally, the bathroom vent was not operational, leading to a stuffy environment, and the fridge was faulty, resulting in wasted food. Overall, these issues made my stay less than satisfactory.

The room was large and comfortable, with a nice big TV. Staff were always warm and helpful. The restaurant served delicious high-end meals at reasonable prices. A great place to stay!

The lobby was like a scene from a classy movie, nice bar and inviting vibe. I can't forget the warm cookie waiting at check-in, even for a moment of stress, it was a sweet touch

we had a great time at doubletree by hilton! the outdoor pool was a fantastic spot to relax after our activities. the location was super convenient, with many restaurants nearby. julia, the bartender, was an absolute gem and handled the busy bar like a pro. parking was easy too, with plenty of space available.
