We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was so easy for us since it was close to the Skytrain station, convenient stores, and a mall. It made exploring the area very convenient. The rooms were very nice and comfy, and the beds were huge and super comfortable. We also loved the large tub with a rain head shower head. Having a balcony was a great addition, as it gave us a place to relax and enjoy a drink. The staff were pleasant and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Although the hotel was generally clean, there were a few areas that needed improvement. The staff were not as friendly as we would have liked, and the breakfast buffet did not end on time.

The exterior of the hotel is well-maintained and clean.

The pool and hot tub area could use more regular cleaning, especially during the off-season.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, within walking distance to the mall and the SkyTrain, making it easy to get around the area. The staff were extremely helpful and were able to assist me with my requests. The amenities in the room were great, including the ironing facilities and the tea and coffee making facilities. The terrace was a nice touch and I enjoyed sitting outside. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were lovely and relaxing, and the seasonal outdoor pool was also a bonus.

The complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi were unexpected surprises that added to our pleasant stay. the hotel’s location was also a major plus with easy access to the city's main attractions. One of the best aspects of our stay was the hot tub which was amazing.

Our stay was not without its drawbacks. the in-room tub was not clean and had hair from a previous occupant, even after a room change.

had a great stay at executive! comfy bed, large tub, and awesome balcony. location was convenient, close to skytrain and lots of eating options. easy underground parking for $10 a day. overall, good bang for our buck.

This hotel was close to everything, including Coquitlam where we needed to attend a funeral. Additionally, the hotel was within walking distance to the sky train station, making transportation very convenient.
