They were quick and attentive to my needs, and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The service here is top-notch, from the housekeeping to the restaurant staff.

We had a great stay at a hotel in Huatulco. The room had a back door that led to the maintenance and service staff work areas, but it wasn't their fault. The hotel put us in that room. The hotel had a pool and the service staff, especially Tomaso, were amazing. The maids did an exceptional job keeping the room clean. We also had a great experience with Alex, who showed us the real Huatulco. the hotel had a lot to offer at a great price point. The location was central, with a 15-minute walk to the city center and close to the beach. The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff were attentive and helpful. The hotel also had a cozy bar and a nice pool. Though the WiFi was spotty at times, it didn't hinder our overall experience.
