The staff were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to provide us with an extra cot for our unexpected overnight guest. The cot was delivered within 15 minutes of our request, despite most of them being already taken due to a baseball tournament. The friendly staff on Christmas eve and Christmas morning made our stay even more enjoyable, providing attentive and cheerful service. The comfortable beds ensured a great night's sleep, and the breakfast offered a wide range of healthy options. a fantastic experience for backpackers.

fairfield inn in guelph was a delightful stay. the staff made me feel at home. the breakfast was enjoyable and the beds were comfortable. i appreciated the accommodating staff and the quiet sleeping area by the elevator.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Guelph for a business trip. The staff at Fairfield Inn were fantastic, from the friendly front desk to the delightful breakfast staff. The courtyard was also very enjoyable. The hotel was tastefully decorated in a modern fashion and all of the systems functioned properly. The towels and linens were very nice, adding to the comfort of my stay. The pool and breakfast were wonderful, and the front desk manager was exceptional, checking on everyone at breakfast.

The breakfast was good and the WiFi and parking were free. the location was very convenient, close to major attractions and restaurants. the rooms were spacious and suitable for three people.

There were significant issues with housekeeping. We had to request additional towels and toilet paper every day, and the Kleenex holder was often empty.
