The value for the money was great, with a clean and comfortable room that had all the essentials and a nice selection of teas and coffee. The location was perfect, just a couple minutes walk from the metro station, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The location of this hotel is superb, right in the heart of the bustling Wittenbergplatz area. With a bus stop right outside and a nearby metro stop, it was incredibly easy to explore all parts of the city. The rooms were clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and even a sofa for extra relaxation. I had a room with a view on the KaiserWilhelmGedächtniskirche, which was absolutely stunning. Plus, I was pleasantly surprised to find complimentary unlimited drinks in the fridge in the hallway. Lastly, the breakfast at the bakery across the road was so tasty and reasonably priced.

The breakfast was good and included in the price. The location was also very convenient with easy access to public transportation, including the metro. we appreciated the complementary Wi-Fi and the comfortable beds.

The bathroom glasses were not cleaned and the sheets did not seem to be changed throughout our stay, which was apparent due to the stains on them. The cleaning staff was also not accommodating, as they made us leave the room early every day and did not speak English, making it difficult to communicate our needs.

Stayed at a perfect location, just a 2-minute walk from the train station. The hotel is surrounded by plenty of nice cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, and shopping malls. The area felt really safe and the hotel looked recently renovated. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the free croissants and coffee in the morning. It was also great that the hotel offered free luggage storage after check-out, as we had a night bus to catch.
