The location of this hotel is superb, right in the heart of the bustling Wittenbergplatz area. With a bus stop right outside and a nearby metro stop, it was incredibly easy to explore all parts of the city. The rooms were clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and even a sofa for extra relaxation. I had a room with a view on the KaiserWilhelmGedächtniskirche, which was absolutely stunning. Plus, I was pleasantly surprised to find complimentary unlimited drinks in the fridge in the hallway. Lastly, the breakfast at the bakery across the road was so tasty and reasonably priced.

The cleaning staff was also not accommodating, as they made us leave the room early every day and did not speak English, making it difficult to communicate our needs. the hotel did not meet our expectations in terms of cleanliness and customer service.

Stayed at a perfect location, just a 2-minute walk from the train station. The hotel is surrounded by plenty of nice cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, and shopping malls. The area felt really safe and the hotel looked recently renovated. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the free croissants and coffee in the morning. It was also great that the hotel offered free luggage storage after check-out, as we had a night bus to catch.
