The location of the hotel is excellent, with many attractions within walking distance. The spacious and clean rooms offer a beautiful view of the Canal and the Parliament. The comfortable beds, TV with Chromecast, and well-stocked minibar are some of the advantages of the rooms.

The service at the Terrace restaurant was slow and overpriced.

The breakfast at Fairmont was fantastic! The bacon was delicious and the pastries were wonderful. I also enjoyed the hors d'oeuvres served in the evening. The selection of food was impressive. The staff at the Gold section were amazing and always helpful. The location of the hotel was great, and the concierge on my private floor was a nice touch. Despite a few minor inconveniences, I had an enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel.

The elegant and stately hotel had a beautiful terrace bar with a view of the canal and park. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to ensure my happiness. The entire hotel was clean and fresh, with comfy beds. Highly recommended!

The concierge "Younes" was amazing, knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful. Staff otherwise was friendly and courteous. Room was spacious, bedding is very comfortable, view of the Parliament was beautiful. Location was outstanding! Hotel is elegant and stately. It was only one block from Parliament and many other tourist favorites. Hotel has a beautiful terrace bar that looks out over the canal and park. Staff were all super friendly and went out of their way to make sure you were happy. Entire hotel was clean and fresh. Comfy beds. Requests were met in a timely manner. Breakfast was a good selection and amazing accommodation for my egg allergies, THANK YOU!!! The concierge on my private floor was a nice touch and location of hotel was great. The lounge was very pleasant and worked well when it came to day planning and socializing.

The breakfast selection was fantastic, with delicious bacon, tasty eggs and hash browns, and wonderful pastries. the hors d'oeuvres served from 5-7 were also delicious. the staff in the Gold section were amazing, always pleasant and helpful. the view of the parliament from the room was beautiful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

It took a long time for our appetizer to arrive and it wasn't even warm. the entrance to the hotel was overcrowded and it took a while to get through the valet and park our car.

The valet parking takes a long time to get your vehicle and the parking fee is quite high. the spa receptionist had a terrible attitude that ruined the relaxing experience.

We had an amazing stay at the Château! The concierge, Younes, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The staff throughout the hotel were courteous and always willing to help. The spacious room had comfortable bedding and a beautiful view of the parliament. The Club Lounge was easily accessible and a great place to relax. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. The valet service was impressive. Despite a power outage in Ottawa, the hotel was prepared with a generator and ensured a smooth check-in process on the 4th floor.

This hotel provided a luxurious experience with its exclusive amenities such as the indoor swimming pool, full body massage, and leisure room. the room was spacious with private facilities making the stay here enjoyable. the location was also advantageous, with a beautiful view of Parliament Hill.
