We enjoyed the convenient location close to metro stations, various breakfast spots, and many shops like Lawson, 7, 11. the spacious and modern rooms were impeccably clean and well, equipped. The staff's respect and efficiency in check, in procedures made us feel welcomed. Cons: Hard to think of anything.

I keep choosing this spot for my vacations. the first time, the staff suggested a nice food place. It fits perfectly for everything I need: Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, Fitness center, Laundry, Lift, and Air conditioning. Coming back soon for another holiday.

Room service was prompt and attentive, ensuring all our needs were fulfilled. the restaurant and bar area was elegant, and the private facilities were top-notch. It is conveniently located near the subway and surrounded by numerous shops, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Cons: the staff's English proficiency could be improved, making communication slightly challenging at times.

The location of the hotel in the heart of Ginza street was perfect for exploring the area's restaurants and shops. The room design was modern and spacious, with all the amenities provided. The complimentary high-quality umbrellas came in handy during rainy days. The staff were welcoming and accommodating to our needs, especially with our 3-year-old toddler. it was a great experience returning to the beautiful room every night after a long day of sightseeing.
