This hotel offers a luxurious stay with its exclusive amenities. The room was spacious with comfortable furniture and a beautiful city view. Room service was prompt and attentive, ensuring all our needs were fulfilled. The restaurant and bar area was elegant, and the private facilities were top-notch. It is conveniently located near the subway and surrounded by numerous shops, making it easy to get around and explore the area.

The staff's English proficiency could be improved, making communication slightly challenging at times. Despite this minor issue, the staff was still friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

The location of the hotel in the heart of Ginza street was perfect for exploring the area's restaurants and shops. The room design was modern and spacious, with all the amenities provided. The complimentary high-quality umbrellas came in handy during rainy days. The staff were welcoming and accommodating to our needs, especially with our 3-year-old toddler. it was a great experience returning to the beautiful room every night after a long day of sightseeing.
