I had a fantastic upgrade and was pleasantly surprised by the treats and special touches in our room. The Gold Floor Lounge experience was amazing, with excellent service. Although the food wasn't up to par, the overall experience was still enjoyable. The young man who worked night on Sept 6 was particularly great.

The staff provided exceptional service, especially for our special birthday and anniversary celebrations. From the friendly doorman to the helpful valet, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped with amenities like a mini-bar and a balcony. The bed and linen were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. We also enjoyed the convenience of room service and the variety of dining options available, including halal and kosher food. The leisure facilities, such as the indoor swimming pool and spa, were top-notch, providing a perfect opportunity to relax and unwind.

fairmont in calgary always exceeds expectations! friendly staff, pristine rooms, heavenly beds, superb location. hotel is perfect for walking everywhere, next to calgary tower. loved the continental buffet breakfast and helpful staff. overall, a fantastic family holiday experience.

The breakfast and evening appetizers on the gold level were outstanding, with a wide variety of options and great service. The hotel's pet-friendly policy was a huge plus, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Additionally, the gym and pool facilities were well-equipped and enjoyable.

There was ongoing renovation work during my stay which affected the overall experience. The restaurant was closed, and the lobby was partially fenced off, limiting the grandeur of the hotel.

Our stay was enjoyable with great service from welcoming staff. The hotel is close to many attractions accessible by foot. However, at times areas are roped off for functions which can impede access to the stairs. The scenic view of the railway line is fascinating, and shops on the pedestrian street and Canada tower are nearby. The room was comfortable and well-equipped with facilities such as a kettle with a selection of teas in the bathroom.

The thermostat was not adjustable to cool below 22 degrees, which can be uncomfortable in warm weather.

As three women traveling alone, we felt very safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They even went above and beyond to upgrade our room for more space.

We had an incredible stay at a stunning hotel. the complementary hot chocolate at check-in was a delightful surprise. the location was perfect for exploring the city and being close to all the action. the heated pool and gym were amazing for a quick workout before heading out.

The restaurant is undergoing renovations and the temporary dining area wasn't ideal. the makeshift dining area was located in a cramped space and the ambiance wasn't great.

The hotel is in a great location near restaurants and easy to get to on a bus from the airport. The staff were welcoming and the breakfast was delicious. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable.

As business travelers, we really appreciated the attentive staff and their genuine friendly service. The valet Parker went above and beyond by offering to fill our cooler with ice, and even offered us more. The hotel also provided us with comfortable padded chairs in a prime location for watching the Stampede Parade. The bed was extra comfortable and the bathroom was perfect, while the stunning architecture and sense of history added to the overall experience. The afternoon tea served in the salon was a treat, with generous servings that allowed us to have a boxed lunch of leftovers. The included breakfast was excellent, and we enjoyed the delicious hors-d'oeuvres served each evening. The location was convenient, with plenty of attractions, sightseeing, restaurants, and shopping within walking distance of the hotel. the Fairmont Palliser provided us with a classic Fairmont experience that met all our expectations and more.

We felt very much at home during our stay at the Fairmont Palliser and had nothing to complain about.
