fairway inn in sussex exceeded our expectations during this long term stay. the 50s-themed diner attached was a pleasant surprise for dinner, and the breakfast was amazing with huge portions. the staff was very helpful and the amenities like the fridge, microwave, and coffee maker made our stay enjoyable.

Great for families! the diner attached to the hotel served breakfast and had a cool 50s atmosphere. the pool was excellent for young kids and conveniently located near all the rooms on the main floor. Plus, the location was just off the highway, making it easy to find.

The warm temperature in the room was a bit uncomfortable, and we could hear loud noises from the people walking around in the room above us. But overall, the clean, basic room was comfortable enough for a budget stay.
