The staff is very friendly and attentive, from the housekeeping to the managers, and they made sure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. This place is located in a very quiet area, which made it feel like we actually left the country and escaped the hustle and bustle of the city. The location is perfect, as it is in close proximity to shops and other amenities. Additionally, the room service was amazing and the housekeeping was always on point.

The facilities at this resort are top-notch. From the spacious and clean rooms to the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, everything is just amazing. As bike riders, we appreciated the ready supply of bottled water at no cost.

The hotel had beautiful external landscaping, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel facilities, including the gym, were excellent. Luxurious and exclusive amenities fulfilled my every need here. the heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room were particularly enjoyable, as was the spa lounge. the massage I received at the spa centre was the highlight of my stay, leaving me feeling relaxed and refreshed. the location advantages were also superb, as the hotel is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden area, giving the venue a peaceful and serene atmosphere.

The only minor issue I encountered was the limited options for special diet menus at the restaurant. the quality of the food and the presentation made up for this.

Great hotel for a city trip! We loved the amazing view from our spacious room and the comfy bed. the bathroom had built-in speakers and we enjoyed the welcoming snacks. the golf course has beautiful scenery and we felt like we traveled without leaving town. we received two complementary facts with no extra fees which was a real plus. there is a Whatsapp customer service which is very fast and efficient. Finally, the hotel is in a key location which is ideal.

The breakfast was a la carte instead of an open buffet, although we were not charged extra fees. the waiters need some training but they were not too much of an inconvenience.

The pool was great, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. the green areas and landscape views were beautiful, providing a peaceful atmosphere. the room was spacious and comfortable, allowing for a pleasant stay.

the check-in process was incredibly slow, with a long wait for our room to be ready. When we finally got to our room, it was not properly cleaned - there were stains on the toilet and the floor was dusty.
