The location of this hotel was amazing! It was close to all the popular attractions and had beautiful mountain scenery. We were able to walk to convenience stores and restaurants, which was very convenient. the outdoor hot tubs were a great way to relax after a long day of exploring.

The staff was rude and unhelpful. They didn't give us the room we had reserved and even lied about it.

our stay at the lodge was incredible - the location, comfort, and amenities exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful, and having a fireplace and washer/dryer in the room was a great bonus. We also enjoyed the board games and movies available for borrowing, as well as the free parking.

Our one bedroom at Falcon Crest Lodge was outstanding. The cozy size and comfortable bed made us feel right at home. The large bathroom area with a tub and separate shower was a nice touch. The kitchen, despite being a little undersized, was equipped with terrific features like a fridge, stove, oven. We also enjoyed the nice flat screen and Blu-ray player in the room. The patio and gas BBQ were perfect for enjoying the warm spring weather. The underground parking was very handy as well.

Our stay at B&B Falcon Crest Lodge 1Br 1Pullout was fantastic! The room was cozy and well-equipped, with a gas fireplace that kept us warm during cold nights. We loved the balcony with its beautiful view. The staff was friendly and welcoming. we had a great time and would recommend this place to others.

Upon arriving early, early check in, friendly front seat agent, complimentary park pass, fantastic hotel and staff. Excellent location, comfortable one-bedroom unit with kitchen, pull out sofa, highly recommend. Knowledgeable and helpful front desk staff, went out of their way to be nice.

It's also in close proximity to many shops and restaurants, making it convenient for guests. The rooms are well-appointed and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and beautiful views of the mountains. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable, providing excellent service. Guests can also enjoy amenities such as complimentary infused water, blu-ray movies, and microwavable popcorn. it's a wonderful place to stay with all the necessary facilities for a pleasant experience.

Some guests have reported occasional noise from neighboring rooms, which may disrupt sleep for light sleepers.

The fitness corner was small and there were only two hot tubs available. Wish there were more wellness services and a lounge area.

had another amazing stay in canmore at a cozy lodge that exceeded expectations. the staff were incredibly helpful, the room was spacious with a lovely balcony and barbecue, and the surroundings were peaceful and private. would definitely return!

The first thing that impressed me was the value for money. For the price, the amenities and service provided were excellent. The hotel is located in a beautiful spot, right on a bike path and with great views of the surrounding mountains. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was spacious and had everything I needed, including a fully stocked kitchen with all the necessary utensils. I also enjoyed the breakfast provided, perfect for grabbing a quick coffee or snack before heading out for the day.

Great apartment, spacious with 2 bathrooms, gas grill with mountain views, attentive staff. Good self-catering equipment, close to Highway One. Nice Vietnamese restaurant next door. Ideal setting for family visit, well-equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom with amazing shower, superb cleanliness.

My partner and I stayed at Falcon Crest Lodge for a week and it was a fantastic value compared to other hotels we've stayed at. The room was like a small apartment, with a spacious bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and even a washer and dryer. The bathroom was also great, with a large tub and shower. The hotel provided plenty of towels and even left extra sheets for the pull-out couch. The location was perfect, with beautiful mountain views just across the road. The staff were always friendly and accommodating. a wonderful place to stay.
