I had a great stay at Fire Mountain Lodge. The property was beautiful and centrally located, making it convenient for exploring. The Deluxe suite was spacious with two floors and two comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen and living area were well-equipped and clean.

Drawbacks: Unfortunately, the check-in process was a bit frustrating. We arrived at 4:15 pm and were told we had to wait until 5 pm for check-in, even though the property appeared to be empty.

The location was convenient, with easy access to downtown Canmore from multiple locations. The views from the unit were nice, offering a pleasant scenery. The staff was helpful and accommodating, providing necessary information and assistance to guests.

The cleanliness of the room was subpar, with reports of dust, dirty tubs, and sticky counters and floors.

We stayed at Fire Mountain Lodge for a short getaway. The 2-bedroom suite exceeded our expectations with its spaciousness and breathtaking mountain view from the balcony. It was clean, quiet, and had comfortable beds with heavy curtains for a good night's sleep. The self-check-in process was convenient, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed seeing a herd of elk right from our deck. a great experience.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! the location was perfect. It was conveniently situated close to the town center, making it easy to explore the area and do some shopping. Additionally, this hotel was very near to Banff National Park, allowing me to easily access the beautiful scenery and surrounding parks. The views of the mountains from both sides of the unit were stunning, creating a truly picturesque experience.

The room was spacious and included useful extras such as laundry supplies, cooking seasonings and a fully equipped kitchen. the location was perfect for exploring the city and the friendly staff provided useful information about the local area. Enjoyed the complimentary perks such as Netflix and coffee.

Some guests did not follow the parking instructions and blocked us in our parking space which caused inconvenience. Housekeeping was not thorough and some of the bedding had not been changed prior to our arrival.

We loved the spacious and comfortable 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo-style accommodation with a breathtaking view. The fully stocked kitchen made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!
