We had a great experience at Ibis in Alencon. The location was perfect, with easy access to the town and convenient parking right outside the hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing us with a map and recommendations for what to see in the area. We especially enjoyed our meals at Bar a Papa and Dans Ma Cuisine, both located in town. Also, the room, although small, had everything we needed and was quiet during the night. The breakfast was above average and included many extras. We would definitely return to this hotel!

She stayed after her shift to help out behind the bar and even arranged food for us. We truly felt that she went the extra mile for us. The hotel was clean and tidy, with friendly staff who were happy to help. the location was perfect for us, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a good selection of food to choose from. Another great advantage was the free parking that was available, which was a big plus for us.

Although the room was comfortable, we did find it to be a bit noisy at times, especially on New Year's Eve. the pillows were a bit too firm for our liking, making it a bit difficult to get a good night's sleep.
