We stayed at a nice hotel for a single night over the March break. The hotel was perfectly located and conveniently close to Brock University and the city. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with separate living and sleeping areas, and a basic kitchenette. The hotel lobby was bright and airy, with a restaurant area that served delicious food. The breakfast spread in the morning was impressive and inviting. Despite the age of the furnishings, the room was incredibly clean and tidy. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Mr. Ayub Atcha, the general manager, who warmly welcomed us and provided a free room upgrade for our 14-day stay during our self-isolation period. The hotel has recently undergone renovations, and we look forward to returning when all the amenities are available again. Despite a few minor inconveniences like noise from sports teams and the odd layout of the room sizes, we would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

This hotel provides excellent value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location, although in an industrial park, is surprisingly quiet and peaceful, nestled in a quiet university neighbourhood. The staff are friendly, helpful, and provide great service. Over the Xmas holidays, we had a wonderful time at this hotel. the complimentary hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby were such a nice touch and added to the festive atmosphere. the location was perfect, just a short drive away from all the holiday happenings in town. the indoor pool and hot tub were a great way to relax after a chilly day out.

We had to unplug the lamp and alarm clock on the nightstand in order to charge our phones. It would have been nice to have more convenient plug access in the room overall.

I recently stayed at Four Points in Thorold for a weekend getaway. The suite was lovely, spacious, and felt like a small apartment.
