The location is perfect - right next to the Pacific Center shopping center and the skytrain station. The hotel facilities are excellent, with a great fitness center. Cleanliness is top-notch. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The value for the money was worth it as the room was spacious and comfortable, with lovely views of the mountains and harbour. The location was perfect for exploring the city centre and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay.

Great location connected to a mall with plenty of shops and food court. Rooms spacious for families of four with sofa bed that is turned into a bed every evening. Staff provides excellent service, surprises kids with snacks, and offers milk and cookies upon arrival. Gym and pool available for guests.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were a perfect size. The pool area was also very nice and provided a great spot to relax. We especially loved the staff at the restaurant who were extremely accommodating, willing to modify menu items to suit our taste.

the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Secondly, the location was fantastic, with everything we wanted to see and do just a short walk away. And lastly, we loved the spacious and comfortable suite that we stayed in.

There were a couple of negative aspects worth mentioning. the pool was a bit disappointing, as the chlorine turned our hair green even after washing it thoroughly.
