We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated and felt like a home away from home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel also went above and beyond with their amenities, providing all the toiletries and other necessities we could need. We especially loved the live chat feature on the app, which allowed us to quickly ask questions and make special requests. The hotel's location in the Lower Village was perfect, just a short walk away from everything we wanted to explore in this beautiful city.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the beautiful surroundings and the amazing spa. the newly renovated rooms were also a highlight. the hotel's location, although a bit away from the main village, was conveniently close to the upper village. Additionally, the bar had great drinks and the bartenders were fabulous, offering tips and making awesome drinks. the atmosphere was perfect for meeting new people and the s'mores outside from 4-6pm were a nice touch.

Parking at the hotel was limited to valet, which was quite expensive. However, during the off season, there was an option to park for free at lot 5, which was a five-minute walk from the hotel.

We got great value for our money with a comfortable and clean room, complete with high-tech amenities. The staff treated us like royalty, offering us a surprise upgrade and even celebrating our engagement with a sweet gesture. The location was perfect, with amazing views and easy access to ski concierge, spa, and gym facilities.

The limited breakfast option. It would be better if the hotel offered more variety or extended the breakfast hours to accommodate guests who like to sleep in or have late dinners.

The rooms are gorgeous, homey, and the bed was so comfortable. They really go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable with all the amenities and toiletries you might need. The live chat with a concierge is also a great way to ask questions or make special requests. The dining at Sidecut was just an outstanding experience overall; the food was delicious.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredible, always attentive and ready to assist with anything. The Sidecut restaurant even gave me a goodbye card and chocolates on my last day, which was a nice touch. The gym and spa facilities were excellent and I used them every day while my family went skiing. The ski concierge service was exemplary, providing hot chocolate and cookies for the kids and taking care of their equipment. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The hotel's location in the Upper Village area was convenient for exploring beautiful hikes like Joffre lakes. The breakfast was delicious and the staff, in general, were friendly and efficient.

We had a fantastic stay at this resort. The location is perfect for hiking, and it's also close to the market place in the village and the Blackcombe gondola. The Sidecut restaurant was amazing with delicious food. Our room was impeccable, with a great bathroom, and the service was top-notch. The breakfast was also one of the highlights of our stay. Additionally, we enjoyed the heated pool and the complimentary s'mores at the fire pit every day.

We experienced some noise from outside events, which was a bit disappointing.

The luxurious amenities here fulfilled all my needs. the spa provided an outstandingly relaxing experience with its massages and saunas. Plus, the outdoor swimming pool is perfect for a relaxing day with sun loungers and beach umbrellas.

The only minor issue was the service. At times, it took longer than expected to reach the front desk, and the staff was not always attentive to my needs.

The location of the hotel is ideal for those who want to be in direct touch with nature. Surrounded by the majestic mountains, guests can easily go hiking or skiing. the hotel offers a shuttle service that efficiently takes guests to various destinations, making it convenient to book activities and explore the area. The staff at the hotel make the effort to ensure a pleasant stay, providing impeccable service from check-in to check-out.

The noise from guest pets and children can be disruptive, especially for those seeking a peaceful and quiet getaway.

My partner and I stayed at Four Seasons in Whistler for five nights and it was an amazing experience. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The gym, led by the fantastic yoga instructor Dawn, was top-notch and we enjoyed their free wine tastings and live music barbeque. The room was spacious with a well-designed bathroom and special touches like sparkling apple cider. The pool and overall hotel ambiance were gorgeous, but it was the genuine friendliness of the staff, particularly Arna from Melbourne, that truly stood out. We will definitely be returning.

Moreover, the complimentary shuttle service allowed us to move around easily. The buffet breakfast was excellent, and the stretching class and gym area were fantastic amenities. Nice pool and facilities for families with children aged 9 and 11. Awesome weekend breakfast buffet. Pool chair availability needs improvement, but staff was apologetic. Use of facilities before and after check-in was a great perk.
