This hotel exceeded my expectations! The location was perfect for attending events at NRG Stadium and Rice University. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the breakfast included in the price, which even included some tasty vegetables.

All in all, I had a great stay and didn't have any major complaints.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, and it had a great layout, with the living area separate from the bedroom. The extra half bath was a nice convenience. The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the front desk staff to the Executive Sous Chef who made our coffee. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location was perfect for my needs, as it was close to the medical plaza where I had surgery and also near the NRG stadium. Additionally, the hotel had convenient parking available in the same building, which was a relief during the cold and wet weather. The parking fee was reasonable at around $15 per night.

We had a pleasant stay at Hilton in Houston. The complimentary shuttle service was a big convenience, especially when we needed to visit Rice University. The hotel's location in the Texas medical area made it easily accessible to various destinations. The friendly staff and good housekeeping added to our positive experience.

The outdated rooms and uncomfortable mattress/pillows were a minor drawback. Despite this, we would still choose to stay at this hotel again due to its proximity to Rice campus for our daughter starting college this fall. I would recommend this hotel for its great location and helpful amenities.

The location of the hotel is great, only a few blocks away from the Metro Rail stop and a direct ride to NRG Stadium. The recently renovated rooms were comfortable and the outdoor pool area was very nice. I had a pleasant stay at Hilton.

We stayed at this hotel near the medical district and were impressed by the spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and clean bathrooms. The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to everything we wanted to visit in downtown, and the outlets at the base of the lamps added a nice touch to the decor. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was delicious.

We experienced some noise from neighboring rooms during our stay that made it difficult to sleep at night.

We had an unforgettable experience here. The hotel staff were extremely accommodating and friendly, taking time to answer our questions. The outdoor swimming pool was the perfect spot to relax, and the sun terrace had sun loungers that added to the comfort. We loved the spacious rooms with flat-screen TV, kitchenette and free Wi-Fi; and the sitting area with carpeted floor was perfect for relaxing after a long day.

The stay for the weekend was pretty decent with some things I enjoyed. First, the hotel offered complimentary shuttle service, which saved me a lot of money from taking public transport. Second, I liked the fact that the hotel had a bar and restaurant, making it convenient to grab a bite whenever needed. The location was also near some good dine-out places and shopping stores.

There were a few drawbacks that took away from the overall experience. Although the room was clean and modern, the mattresses were too soft, which ended up being quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the signage to the entrance was unclear, causing some inconvenience with the car arrival. Finally, the check-in experience was poor, with a long line and only one person at the reception desk.
