the room lacked essential amenities such as disposable liners for the trash cans, which made it inconvenient to dispose of certain items. Secondly, the lighting in the room was poor, with only a couple of dimly lit desk lights, making it difficult to see at night.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The location was perfect for attending events at NRG Stadium and Rice University. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the breakfast included in the price, which even included some tasty vegetables.

All in all, I had a great stay and didn't have any major complaints.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, and it had a great layout, with the living area separate from the bedroom. The extra half bath was a nice convenience. The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, from the front desk staff to the Executive Sous Chef who made our coffee. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location was perfect for my needs, as it was close to the medical plaza where I had surgery and also near the NRG stadium. Additionally, the hotel had convenient parking available in the same building, which was a relief during the cold and wet weather. The parking fee was reasonable at around $15 per night.

We had a pleasant stay at Hilton in Houston. The complimentary shuttle service was a big convenience, especially when we needed to visit Rice University. The hotel's location in the Texas medical area made it easily accessible to various destinations. The friendly staff and good housekeeping added to our positive experience.

The outdated rooms and uncomfortable mattress/pillows were a minor drawback. Despite this, we would still choose to stay at this hotel again due to its proximity to Rice campus for our daughter starting college this fall.

The location was perfect for attending the Rolling Stones concert at NRG Stadium. We were just 3 blocks away from the Metro Rail stop, which offered a direct ride to the stadium. The convenience was unbeatable. The hotel rooms were comfortable and recently renovated, and the 9th floor outdoor pool and bar area was a nice place to relax. The staff members were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. we had a great time and would stay here again if we were attending another event at NRG.

We got amazing value for our money with a spacious suite, complete with two bathrooms. The view of the city from the 19th floor was perfect for my husband's birthday celebration. The front desk staff, especially Renji, provided excellent customer service and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel's proximity to MD Anderson was also very convenient.
