The location of the hotel was excellent, being close to UBC Hospital, the beach, and hiking trails. It was also a good distance away from downtown, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere at night. The rooms were basic but comfortable, with clean bathrooms. The service was satisfactory and there were facilities such as a refrigerator and basic kitchen available for use. The hotel provided a good value for the price, making it a convenient choice for a few days' stay.

The lack of air conditioning in the rooms made the stay uncomfortable during hot summer nights.

I stayed at Gage Suites for a week as a visiting student and loved it. The room was smaller, but it had all the amenities I needed, including a kitchenette with a stove, microwave, and full-size fridge. The smart TV with an HDMI cable was a nice touch. The building was brand new, and my sixth-floor room offered a great view, including a bit of ocean view. The location was convenient, with Tim Horton's, restaurants, and a drug mart within a 10-minute walk. There was even a beach nearby, about a 20-minute walk. The staff was friendly and parking was free. it was a great experience.

The hotel is located within the beautiful UBC campus, which is very convenient for visiting the anthropology museum. The staff provided excellent service, and the room was equipped with everything we needed including a kitchen. The pullout couch in the living room was also a great option for us.

We stayed at Gage Suites At Ubc for 2 days and it was perfect! The staff was super nice and held our luggage so we could explore. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a spacious kitchenette. The bed was double and very comfy. The bathroom was amazing and had a good shower. The location was convenient with direct bus routes to the city. The room had all the dishes and utensils we needed. a great stay!

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the location being a bit too dark for the entrance of the building. The basic amenities provided were great, like the fresh coffee packets each morning. The staff was friendly and provided good service throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable, making it a very comfortable option for a family of three.

The hotel should consider providing air conditioning as it can get extremely hot, especially during unseasonably hot days.
