the breakfast was decent, but how do you not have local bath products? even more disappointing was the outdated bathroom setup, considering it’s a historical home. i thought i’d at least receive complimentary muffins or something extra, but nothing! i almost gave this place a good review, but i just couldn’t, just abysmal service overall.

I spent an unexpected night at this historical place. The breakfast was memorable, with sausages and blueberry pancakes that my partner enjoyed. The view of the river was calming during our stay. The old oak tree on the property added a sense of history that I appreciate as an art historian. I recommend checking the room details beforehand. I had a lovely time, and the hosts were kind. We stayed in the Queen Suite with Sea View. The room was spacious and the decor was super charming. The original floors really stood out. The bathroom was big with a nice walk-in shower. had an amzin time at grand oak manor! the hosts art and martha made us feel like family, and their breakfast was outta this world! every morning we got gourmet homemade treats, like super yummy muffins and pancakes. A great river view that relaxed us. art gave us fun tours of the veggie garden, and the flower gardens were sooo beautiful to walk through! location was perfect, close to annapolis royal with lots to see!

the bathroom felt kinda outdated, and i wished they had better local bath products. had a little trouble with parking because it got crowded at times.
