During our stay at Grand Oak Manor, we were greeted by the warm and friendly hosts, Art and Martha. They provided us with a brief history of the beautiful historic building, which has stood for almost 200 years. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view out the window. The bathroom was also large and well-stocked. The inn's location off the road made it a peaceful and quiet retreat. Sitting outside on the expansive lawn, my wife enjoyed doing watercolor drawings. The breakfasts were a highlight of our stay, with delicious fresh baked pastries and muffins. Art and Martha truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, providing us with valuable information about the area and making us feel welcome. we had a wonderful experience at Grand Oak Manor and highly recommend it.

I recently stayed at Grand Oak Manor B&B in a beautiful historic house. The hosts were lovely and made me feel very welcome. The room was well appointed with a comfortable bed and quality linens. The homemade breakfast of omelettes, fresh baked biscuits, jams, and chocolate chip cookies was excellent. I also enjoyed exploring the spacious and clean rooms, as well as the beautiful yard gardens. a fantastic experience and I will definitely return.

Martha and Art, the hosts, were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with a lovely view of the Annapolis Basin. During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the stunning view of the sea channel from my room which added an extra touch of relaxation to my experience. the location was also ideal, with easy access by car to nearby attractions. I also appreciated the delicious breakfast offered in the morning, which had a variety of options to cater to different preferences.

Perhaps the only minor issue was the lack of nearby amenities, as it was mostly a residential area. However, this was not a significant problem as the drive to Annapolis was quick and easy, providing access to a wider range of shops and restaurants.

Additionally, being situated on Canada's oldest "highway" ensures that it is accessible and well-connected to nearby attractions.

We stayed at a lovely B&B in Granville Ferry and had a fantastic experience. The owners, Art and Martha, were very welcoming and made us feel at home. The house itself had a lot of history and charm, with a horseshoe mark on the dining room floor and even a pump organ. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view of the water. Breakfast, cooked by Martha, was delicious, with cake and fresh coffee available throughout the day. We also appreciated the helpful suggestions and arrangements made by Art, including dinner at a local restaurant and whale watching tours. We would recommend this B&B to others and would definitely stay there again if we're back in the area.
