I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel that provided enhanced comfort and top-notch services. This place is perfectly situated in a fantastic location, right in the heart of all the bustling bars and restaurants. It was so convenient to have everything within a short walking distance. The hotel staff, from the friendly receptionists to the attentive dining room manager, were all professional and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and powerful showers that were truly rejuvenating. I also enjoyed the pool area, which had plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas to relax and soak up the sun.

The facilities were excellent with a clean, comfortable hotel, good quality and varied restaurant food, and a convenient location near nightlife and restaurants. The staff at the bars and reception were helpful and friendly, and there was CCTV for added security. The hotel also had a small library for reading and borrowing books, and the rooms were cleaned daily.

ambassador playa II was even better than our previous stay in benidorm. the hotel is modern and clean, with friendly and helpful staff. the location is perfect for exploring the city and enjoying the nightlife. the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, and the food at the restaurant is excellent.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was within walking distance to shops, bars, and the marina in the Old Town. It was also quite close to the beach, which was a bonus. The restaurant exceeded our expectations, with a good variety of food and friendly staff. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the service from the staff was helpful and attentive. we were pleased with our stay at this hotel.

There were some noise issues outside the hotel, particularly at night, which made it difficult to sleep peacefully.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel. It was modern, clean, and the rooms were fantastic. The cleaning staff did a brilliant job and the beds were incredibly comfy. We appreciated the tea making facilities in the room and having a fridge. All the staff were great, especially the restaurant staff who were really helpful. The breakfast was lovely, hot, and tasty. a wonderful experience at Ambassador Playa II.

The staff were extremely friendly and professional, going above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. The food at this hotel was absolutely outstanding, possibly the best I've ever had in a hotel. Each day, there was a different specialty cuisine, ranging from Spanish to Chinese, and the quality and taste of the food was exceptional. The room was lovely, with comfy beds and powerful showers. Lastly, the pool area was amazing, with plenty of beds and sun loungers available, allowing me to relax and soak up the sun.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Spa experience could be improved.

This hotel is modern and well-equipped with spacious rooms and a good-sized balcony. The staff went above and beyond by preparing a package of food and drinks for our late arrival. The location is great, as it is close to Levante Beach but still quiet enough to avoid noise from nearby clubs. Perfect for friends who enjoy going out at night.

We felt very much at home and had no complaints whatsoever.
