During my stay, I found the walls remarkably thin, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. I was kept up late by noise from the room above, which was particularly frustrating. Additionally, the check-in process was tedious as we had to wait for our room to be cleaned, leaving us with little time to settle in before dinner.

As a group looking to explore the area, we appreciated the spacious two-bedroom suite with a full kitchen for our three-night stay. While the location was conveniently close to shops and cafes, we did encounter some challenges, such as a few towels that had a stale smoke smell. However, the overall experience was positive thanks to the adequate amenities and the ability to cook our meals during our trip.

I cherished the serene mountain views and the spacious layout of my two-bedroom suite. The fully equipped kitchen made it effortless to cook my own meals, while the indoor/outdoor hot tub and water slide provided a fun escape. I particularly enjoyed relaxing on the balcony after exploring the nearby attractions like the stunning Athabasca Glacier and Lake Louise.

However, the steam shower needed maintenance and didn't quite meet expectations.

The staff were heaps friendly, but the cleanliness could've been way better—especially the shower. Loved the pool vibe for the kids, though!

Ensure to request a room closer to the lobby if traveling with little ones, as the walk can be long. Great for families looking for a comfortable getaway!

Staff was super quick to help with anything we needed, and the pools were the perfect temperature. Food in the restaurant was fantastic, especially the breakfast. The layout of the penthouse was perfect for our family, and there were plenty of shelves and hooks in the room.
