my recent stay at Hampton Inn was comfortable and enjoyable. the spacious room with a big TV, armchair, and desk provided everything I needed. the eco-friendly toiletries and great bed added to the pleasant experience. Convenient underground parking and complimentary breakfast were excellent bonuses. Cons: no issues 🙂.

The quadruple room at Hampton Inn By Hilton Hamilton felt cozy and welcoming with its carpeted floor and tea and coffee maker. As a youngster, I loved having these comforts in my room.

I wish there were more hot vegan options available for breakfast.

The local eats near Hampton Inn will have you drooling from Smokes Poutinerie's gooey goodness to Ark + Anchor Espresso Bar's caffeine kick. Room 702's fresh scent was a sweet surprise, and the gym's setup had us breaking a sweat in style.

The elevator's entry card was a pesky dancer, and the breakfast server's poker face needed a caffeine boost.

Outstanding Staff and Clean Facilities

The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to ensure a great stay, always being kind, attentive, and helpful. the facility itself was very new and exceptionally clean, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests. One area for improvement could be offering more vegan and non-dairy options, such as plant-based milk for coffee and hot vegan breakfast choices.

The breakfast offered a better, than, average selection, and the accommodating staff made my dining experience pleasant. Cons: Everything was spot, on.

The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating to my family, making our stay pleasant and hassle-free—even offering baby amenities upon request. the indoor heated swimming pool provided much-needed relaxation. the hotel's proximity to Hamilton's landmarks like the Art Gallery and the Military Museum allowed us to explore the city's history, fostering family bonding.

The room we got was new, which was a breath of fresh air. We were excited to be the first ones to experience it. the staff was kind and helpful, making sure our stay was enjoyable. the location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the city, with easy access to nearby attractions.

Several issues. the parking garage had no clear signage, causing confusion and frustration.

John C. Munro Hamilton International Airport was a hop, skip, and jump away - perfect for quick getaways. I appreciated the information conveniently provided by the staff. BraeBen Golf Course being 49 km away saved me from a potentially embarrassing golf outing.

I felt right at home with all the technical issues - shower door, sink plug, fridge mishaps. A true comedy of errors!

My one, night stay at Hampton Inn in Hamilton was delightful. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the gym had a great variety of equipment, and the bathroom products in pump bottles were a nice touch. I appreciated the gluten, free bread options provided upon request at the restaurant, and the underground parking was clean and well, lit. The pleasant scents throughout the hotel added to the calming atmosphere, and the room was both clean and comfortable. Cons: Totally recommend this hotel.
