The hotel facilities were great, with clean and comfortable rooms. The unexpected room upgrade was a pleasant surprise. There were good options to choose from, including delicious omelets and fresh fruit. The hotel staff, from housekeeping to front desk, provided excellent service. They were helpful and even went the extra mile to find and keep a forgotten iPad safe at the front desk.

We stayed at Hampton Inn for the family day long weekend and had a fantastic experience. The breakfast was amazing, even with a short wait for a table. The swimming pool was warm and the room was spacious, with a great view of the city. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to find us a phone charger. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of dishes and the location was convenient. We will definitely choose this hotel again.

Additionally, the hotel offers a decent gym and reliable wifi.

The thermostat in the room can be a bit challenging to adjust for desired temperature.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the basic amenities provided such as a queen bed, fridge, and microwave. The location is also perfect, situated in a quiet area but still close to the places we like to shop at. The breakfast included in the rate offered was a nice touch and helped keep our expenses in check.

The breakfast had many delicious options to choose from and we enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee available throughout the day. the location was very convenient, close to popular restaurants and attractions. the spacious rooms were clean and had a kitchenette which was a great feature.

The sofa bed was not very comfortable and caused discomfort for those with back pain. the sink outside of the bathroom in the middle of the room interrupted our sleep when used during the night.

The pool area was a highlight, with a large pool and hot tub, providing a great way to relax and unwind. the included breakfast was a nice touch, and the staff who prepared it were friendly and attentive. the hotel's convenient location, close to downtown and other attractions, made it easy for me to explore the area and enjoy my time without hassle.

One aspect that I didn't particularly enjoy was the lack of outdoor seating options. It would have been nice to have more benches or picnic tables available for guests to sit and enjoy the surroundings, especially when the weather was pleasant.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with two queen beds and amenities like a fridge and microwave. The staff provided great service, and the hotel's location in a quiet area was perfect for easy access to the places we like to shop at.
