The hotel was clean and well, maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. the staff were warm and friendly, providing helpful assistance whenever needed. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, especially if you have business in the nearby business park.

There were a few negative aspects of my stay. the check, in process could have been smoother, as the person at the front desk was not very friendly and lacked communication.

Being close to the business park makes it convenient for those attending meetings or conferences in the area. if you have a car, everything in Guelph is easily accessible.

Good variety of equipment in the fitness center, including free weights. Comfortable and well-maintained rooms with contemporary furnishings. Nice hot water and amenities available. Many channel options, including HD channels. the breakfast provided basic needs, with good coffee available, including a bold option.

The pool was not working during our stay and we were not informed about this at check-in. This was disappointing as we had specifically chosen this hotel for the pool.
