I recently stayed at Sheraton and it was fantastic! I traveled to see my girlfriend and we were both impressed with the first-class facility. The staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet was delicious with a great variety of options. The hotel itself was beautiful and clean, and our room was spacious and pristine. The highlight was definitely the jaw-dropping view of the city from the 5th-floor room, along with the amenities like breakfast and drinks. The pool area was also great, although it could have been a bit cleaner.

Located in the heart of Chihuahua, this hotel offers great facilities such as a well, equipped fitness center and an infinity pool. the spacious rooms and opulent marble bathrooms provide a comfortable stay. Additionally, the live music in the evenings and the free full, size breakfast bar in the mornings enhance the overall experience.

There were a few negatives to note. the warm, up time for the showers on the upper floors was quite long, which was inconvenient.

The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bar staff were genuinely friendly and always ready to assist. We loved the relaxed atmosphere and the lovely outside bar area with its stunning view. Additionally, the ample parking made our stay even more convenient.

I had a fantastic 15-night stay at this hotel. Check-in was a breeze and everything was impeccably clean. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and were always friendly and helpful. The highlight was definitely the luxurious bed and linens - I slept better here than I do at home. Additionally, the hotel's location on the edge of town, right off the "Periferico de La Juventud" avenue, provided stunning views of the entire city. It was also conveniently close to shopping centers, making it easy to explore and shop. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I would definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance.

The breakfast had a great variety of fruits, breads, cereal, eggs, menudo. Hot cakes were ordered and delivered quickly. The servers were friendly and attentive, providing warm tortillas. The location was easy to find and the pool had an awesome view. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and the rooms were spacious.

For the price we paid, the value was exceptional. The room was really nice and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us, even with our limited Spanish. The location was great and we had a beautiful view of the city from our room.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at the hotel. The spacious rooms were luxurious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The fitness center, complete with a raquetball court and steam room, exceeded our expectations. The infinity pool offered stunning views of the city. The complimentary full-size breakfast bar in the morning was a great bonus. we highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities that fulfill even the most luxurious needs. the spa centre is excellent, the swimming pool has breath, taking views and the sun loungers are very comfortable. the catering service and continental breakfast were top, notch, as well as the bar/lounge area with a great selection of drinks.

The hotel is a classic building with modern touches, but the gym is old, fashioned, and the equipment needs updating. This is the only minor issue I found, and it doesn't compromise the quality of the hotel.

During our city break, we had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Chihuahua. We were offered complementary wine and cheese on our first night and a great breakfast, which made our stay even more enjoyable. the hotel was located in a perfect area, with lots of restaurants and other attractions nearby. We also appreciated the spacious rooms with modern amenities.

the wifi was a bit tricky to connect to and the codes were difficult to remember. the hotel was quite noisy at times and we were disturbed by loud music from an event that took place nearby.
