This hotel knows customer service. The front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great stay. They were helpful, attentive, and genuinely concerned about my experience. They even asked for feedback on how they could improve, although I couldn't think of anything because everything was perfect! It's refreshing to stay at a hotel where customer service is a top priority.

The complimentary breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

There was a bit of noise from the street traffic, which affected our overall comfort during our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel for over 10 years in this area. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, we didn't find even a single hair anywhere. The facilities were excellent, especially the pool with a fun waterslide and plenty of towels available. The breakfast had a great variety of options, including fruit, yogurt, cereal, pastries, and a waffle station. The staff were wonderful, so friendly and accommodating, particularly Roberta who handled everything in a professional yet friendly manner. The location was central to shopping and dining in this city, making it convenient for us.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the friendly and courteous staff who were always ready to assist. I also appreciated the clean and comfortable rooms with a great pool. the nearby pub had good food and excellent staff, and it was a great place to hang out during the evening.

Although the hotel location was convenient, it was challenging for light sleepers like me to get proper rest due to traffic noise. the trains passing through all night were a hindrance.

As longer term business travelers, we were impressed by the attentive and caring staff who made us feel like family. They called to check on us when our flight was delayed and ensured our safety.
