This property is a 10/10! Everything was far beyond what I expected. Quiet, comfortable, chic/modern room. Prompt, efficient staff. Sparkling, festive decor. Brand new amenities. One of the best locations I've stayed at. Nice free cookies. Little store available.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a nice atmosphere. The beds were comfortable, allowing us to have a good night's sleep. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the breakfast area which offered a wide range of delicious hot and cold options. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing quick check-in and check-out. The location of this hotel is convenient, with easy access to restaurants and shopping. It is also close to the airport, making transportation easy.

The green tea was not consistently available during our stay. It would have been nice if there was better availability and timely replacement of green tea.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the location was perfect - easy to drive to from the airport and very close to Thunder Bay downtown and the Terry Fox monument. The hotel offered beautiful rooms with every possible amenity, including a TV and a view of the airport. Additionally, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast included in the stay was tasty and convenient.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic.

This hotel is great value for money! The interiors are beautiful and the staff is super friendly. We loved the easy access to parking on every side of the building and the fact that there's a well-rated restaurant across the parking lot. Plus, the hotel's location next to the airport was convenient for our early morning flight.

As party people, we loved the early check-in and free crib for our one-year-old. The hotel arranged a taxi to the airport and covered the cost. Clean and comfortable beds with a stunning view from the 5th floor. The hot breakfast was delicious.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, being close to many shops and restaurants. the pool was also a nice feature to have for some relaxation.

We had to brave the cold weather to find a place to eat. we felt that the hotel was not worth the high price we paid.

The hotel's location is great, as it is very close to both the airport and downtown Thunder Bay. there is a well-rated restaurant called Valhalla right across the parking lot. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast buffet was delicious. the hotel offers facilities such as a swimming pool and elevators. it was a convenient and enjoyable stay.
