The location is also convenient if you want to explore the surrounding area, with easy access to the bus station or the skyline during certain times of the day. The rooms are well-appointed and spacious, with comfortable beds and nice decor. The bathrooms are clean and sufficient, with amenities provided such as soap, shampoo, and lotion. The resort offers facilities like a coffee house, where you can enjoy a meal or grab a cup of coffee. The staff are attentive and friendly, making your stay more enjoyable.

Some areas of the resort may be in need of maintenance and upkeep, with paint decaying and molds visible in certain parts of the common areas.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and cozy rooms at this hotel. The king-size bed and sitting area provided a comfortable stay. The hotel's attention to detail, such as providing room service till 10pm, added to the convenience. The location, nestled in the mountains away from the hustle and bustle of Genting, was a peaceful retreat.

The check-in and check-out process was fast. Friendly and helpful security staff who speak Malay fluently. Nice room with a great view of the swimming pool. Surprisingly, you can hear monkeys nearby, adding to the natural ambiance. The breakfast, although a set meal, was decent. The staff member who checked us in was polite and friendly. Strategic location in Genting Highlands. Great value for money.

Our weekend stay at Genting View Resort was fantastic! The room, which had a king bed and sofas, was clean and smelled great. We had more than enough space to move around and store our belongings. The balcony was a lovely addition, and the bathroom was spacious with hot water and good water pressure. The Suasana Cafe, where we had breakfast, offered a simple but delicious buffet menu with quick service. The clubhouse was a great bonus with its indoor/outdoor courts and pool. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Although our stay at Genting View Resort was overall great, there were a few drawbacks. The fridge in our room wasn't working, and there was a broken electric switch in the living room.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was impressed with the spacious rooms and the beautiful view from the balcony. the location was great, with easy access to parking and the surrounding area. I loved the breakfast buffet, which had a variety of tasty options.

The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, with a musty smell and dusty floors. the staff also could have been more helpful and friendly.
