Bramblebank Cottages in Harrison Hot Springs exceeded my expectations in many ways. the attention to detail was impeccable - from the well-organized and labeled amenities to the personal touches like the welcome basket, it was clear that the owners genuinely cared about their guests' experience. Secondly, the location by the river was a true sanctuary, offering peace and tranquility amidst the busy surroundings. Lastly, the staff went above and beyond, providing excellent service and making us feel welcome throughout our stay. I also loved the fact that the hotel offered free access to kayaks, allowing us to explore the beautiful river at our leisure.

There was only one minor aspect that could be improved upon - a few more cutlery utensils for those who wish to cook in their rooms. But overall, everything was superb.

The location couldn't have been better, with a fantastic pub just minutes away and plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Nothing bad to say.

The cottage we stayed in during Thanksgiving had a spacious living room and a fully stocked kitchen which made cooking our Thanksgiving dinner easier. the location was great as it was close to the main street and shops. We also enjoyed the cozy fireplace in the living room.

Our overall stay was not what we expected. the room and bathroom were not clean, and there were stains on the carpet.

The cottage was cozy and well-decorated, creating a romantic atmosphere for our Christmas getaway. The jacuzzi provided a perfect way to relax and unwind after a long day. Additionally, the location was convenient, with everything we needed within walking distance.

We did find that the dining and kitchen area was a bit chilly as there was only one heater and we couldn't find the control to adjust it. This made it a bit uncomfortable to spend time in that room.

The property is close to Harrison Lake and offers a fire pit, BBQ, and games. The cabin is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need. The decor is beautiful and the outdoor common areas are well-maintained. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy cottage. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful waterfront and the bustling center of this city. The cleanliness of the cottage was top-notch and we were impressed by the attention to detail. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a fire pit, BBQ, and various games to enjoy. We also appreciated the availability of kayaks and canoes for guests to use. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The cottages themselves are well-equipped and comfortable, with cozy bedrooms and fully stocked kitchens. Guests can also relax in the family room, which offers Netflix, Amazon, and wifi. The daily towel service, free parking, and complimentary coffee are added bonuses.

Some guests may be disappointed if they don't get the exact room they believed they booked, as mentioned in a previous review.

Second stay met expectations. Friendly staff showed us function of fireplaces and heating. Clean place with enough supplies. Enjoyed our time.
