The staff provided a supply of food and kitchenware, making it convenient for guests to prepare their meals. The common areas were well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We stayed at Henia's for four nights and it was our go-to place in Ottawa. The cleanliness is impeccable, and we felt safe with Henia's diligent attention to sanitizing. The neighborhood is quiet and there was plenty of parking available. The beds were comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. Henia goes out of her way to provide a variety of breakfast options during these times. Henia's is our preferred place to stay when we visit.

The location of the hotel is great, with plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from for meals. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a large TV and a spacious bathroom. The hosts were accommodating and the common areas were cleaned daily, including a well-stocked kitchen with cooking utensils and a coffee machine. The wifi was reasonably fast, and the memory foam mattress made for a comfortable night's sleep. a great experience with a few added bonuses like snacks and a washer/dryer.

The breakfast options were limited, with mainly sugary items like fruit yogurts and frozen waffles.

We recently had an amazing stay at a classy hotel. The property was new and tastefully decorated. It was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. The beds and pillows were some of the best we've ever slept on! Breakfast was included and it was delicious with a variety of fresh fruit and other yummy things. We particularly enjoyed the fact that there was a supply of food and kitchenware in our room. The location was great with easy highway access to the city centre.

Although everything was over the top, we were a little warm during our stay. We didn't turn on our pedestal fan which was available but a lighter bedding for the time of year would have been appreciated.

Despite being located in a new built area about 20 minutes drive from the city, it's situated in a typical new suburb that is popping up, giving it a unique charm.
