We stayed at Henia's for four nights and it was our go-to place in Ottawa. The cleanliness is impeccable, and we felt safe with Henia's diligent attention to sanitizing. The neighborhood is quiet and there was plenty of parking available. The beds were comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. Henia goes out of her way to provide a variety of breakfast options during these times. Henia's is our preferred place to stay when we visit.

The location of the hotel is great, with plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from for meals. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a large TV and a spacious bathroom. The hosts were accommodating and the common areas were cleaned daily, including a well-stocked kitchen with cooking utensils and a coffee machine. The wifi was reasonably fast, and the memory foam mattress made for a comfortable night's sleep. a great experience with a few added bonuses like snacks and a washer/dryer.

The breakfast options were limited, with mainly sugary items like fruit yogurts and frozen waffles.

Despite being located in a new built area about 20 minutes drive from the city, it's situated in a typical new suburb that is popping up, giving it a unique charm. The spacious rooms in this house outside the city are clean and comfortable, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The shared kitchen and lounge add to the convenience and comfort of the stay.
