the hostess at Hi Kananaskis Wilderness was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain a lot about the area. She even arranged for an evening campfire, which was a great experience. the hostel itself was very clean, including the showers and bathrooms, which were well-equipped. the beds were comfortable and we were provided with clean linens and towels. the location of the hostel was also beautiful, surrounded by stunning hikes, lakes, and waterfalls.

I recently stayed at Hi Kananaskis Wilderness - Hostel for a few nights and had an incredible experience. My main purpose of travel was to explore the cross country ski trails, and this hostel offered easy access right from the parking lot. The cleanliness of the hostel was outstanding, making it one of the cleanest places I've ever stayed in. The staff were informative and accommodating, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The spacious and rustic setting added to the cozy feel, and the kitchen, washroom, and shower facilities were all adequate. The highlight for me was the friendly and accommodating attitude of Louis, who made my stay even more fantastic. The woods, mountain views, cabin-like hostel, well-equipped kitchen, fireplace in the lounge, and free snowshoe rental were all delightful surprises. my expectations were exceeded and I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hostel. The location is stunning, situated right next to a beautiful creek. The rooms and shared spaces were clean, functional, inviting, and cosy. The staff, especially Anita, were warm, welcoming, and made us feel at home. They were friendly, patient, and accommodating, as we arrived later than expected. The hostel offered excellent facilities and amenities, and we especially appreciated the wealth of knowledge that Jaamie had about local hikes. this has become our favorite hostel in the area.

In particular, we were incredibly impressed with the friendliness and accommodating nature of the staff, especially Louis. the cleanliness of the hostel, including the bathrooms and showers, was top-notch. the beds were also comfortable, and we were provided with fresh linen and towels. the surrounding area of Kananaskis boasted stunning natural beauty, with great hikes, lakes, and waterfalls to explore.

We had a fantastic 2-night stay at the cutest hostel in the woods. The cozy and relaxing vibes were just what we needed. The manager was incredibly sweet and welcoming. The hostel was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The kitchen was well-equipped and the shower and toilets were clean. Excellent value for money. The cabin was lovely, with excellent facilities and a knowledgeable host. We can't wait to come back with our kids next time!

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
