All was great and there was nothing to complain about.

We had a great value for our money with reasonably priced wine bottles and a lovely sitting area in the back garden. The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly.

The breakfast option could be improved with more variety and choices.

We stayed in a room with a coffee machine that made our mornings exceptional. The hotel is located in an area with lots of activity, making it easy to explore the nearby downtown of Niagara. The bathroom was clean with all the necessary toiletries. The service was top-notch, as the staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast included a range of items, and the pool and exercise equipment were well-maintained, adding to our wonderful experience.

The shower head was not adjustable and it was impossible to clean mud off our shoes without getting dirt over the stall.

Helpful staff, excellent dining options, provided maps and directions, convenient location for shopping, elegant and clean facility, pleasant smell.

Rooms were clean with comfortable beds. The indoor pool was enjoyable, but make sure to take the stairs on the side of the building to avoid getting locked out like we did. The breakfast options were limited and a bit overpriced, but overall I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

The breakfast was tasty and had a personalized omelet option. the staff were kind and helpful, and a housekeeper even chased us down to return a forgotten bag. the hotel had a great location close to downtown and the scenic Niagara River Parkway.

I recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn in Niagara and had a fantastic time. My purpose for this trip was to explore the Niagara Falls area and visit some wineries in the region. The hotel is in a great location, conveniently situated between Niagara-on-the-Lake and the falls. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, with the General Manager, Heather, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The hotel itself was immaculate, with everything looking brand new, from the decor to the carpets and upholstery. The shower had excellent water pressure and the complementary wine at reception was a lovely touch. Additionally, the hotel had a nice swimming pool and was close to a big outlet mall and a food court.

Spacious room with all commodities, such as a fridge, coffee machine, and microwave. Recently renovated with well-maintained amenities, including a pool and exercise equipment. My stay at the Hilton Garden in Niagara was wonderful. I was there for a weekend getaway and was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds, and spacious, clean room. The hotel's beautiful restaurant and facilities were a bonus, and I enjoyed the view of the treed Niagara landscape from my room. The location was convenient for exploring downtown, wineries, and the scenic drive along the Niagara River Pkwy. The availability of tea, coffee, water, and snacks was also a nice touch.
