The pool area was clean and private. The breakfast and dinner in the kitchen were excellent. The staff, especially Debbie and Wilson, were outstanding. The front desk staff were friendly and nice. The rooms were spotless and the restaurant food was fresh and well prepared.

The location of the hotel is great, with many good Chinese restaurants nearby. It is also easy to get to the hotel on the 407 from the Niagara area. The room layout is enjoyable and the breakfast option is excellent, with an amazing omelette on the on-order buffet.

We had a great stay at Hilton Garden Inn in Markham. The location was very convenient, with plenty of restaurants just around the corner offering a variety of cuisines from around the world. The size of the room was perfect and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The in-room coffee was a nice touch and added to our overall comfort. Despite a minor issue with the guests in the room next door, the hotel security promptly responded to our call. Although we would have appreciated some follow-up, it did not overshadow the positive experience we had. I would recommend this hotel for its great people, comfortable rooms, and convenient location.
