It made it easy to explore the city and the waterfront was just a short drive away. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and welcoming. From the front desk to the restaurant workers, everyone was helpful and made me feel at home. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities I needed. The bed was comfortable, allowing me to have a great rest during my stay.

The air conditioning in the rooms was turning off, making it a bit uncomfortable at times. Some rooms overlooked the main leisure area, which meant hearing noise from kids and adults playing until late at night.

Lastly, the basic amenities in the room, such as the comfortable king bed and the refreshing shower, ensured that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the highway and multiple dining options within walking distance. The waterfront was also just a short drive away. The hotel itself was simple and nice, with comfortable beds and easy access to the pool. We were impressed with the quick response from maintenance when we had a TV issue. a fantastic experience!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, with a fantastic 180-degree sea view from our verandah. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we especially enjoyed the delicious and rich breakfast served every morning. The staff was helpful and friendly, providing us with great recommendations for restaurants and attractions. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to the Mazzarò-Taormina gondola and a lovely deli next door for all our culinary needs.

We had a great experience at a hotel in Burlington for our day trips to Toronto and Hamilton. the front desk staff at Holiday Inn were friendly and helpful, and the lady in the onsite restaurant was very accommodating with our food orders. the gym had well-maintained equipment and the parking lot was spacious and free. the strong and accessible Wifi coverage was also a plus. the rooms were comfortable and surprisingly quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep. We also enjoyed the location, as it was secluded and just a few minutes from downtown Burlington.

The location was perfect, close to the GO station and QEW highway. There were plenty of amenities nearby, including a bowling alley, shopping center, and a variety of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel restaurant had friendly and welcoming staff, and the food was delicious, especially the soup and fish tacos. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed. it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely return.

The staff was extremely helpful and nice, even offering us sandwiches when we couldn't find open restaurants. They also researched and found a pizza place for delivery. The Christmas buffet breakfast was excellent. The location was convenient with easy access to the highway and nearby restaurants. The hotel's sports amenities, including a tennis court and indoor pool, were great. Free parking was a plus, and the beds were very comfortable.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, with easy access to the highway and nearby restaurants. the breakfast offered a variety of options and the comfortable beds made for a good night's sleep.

The staff seemed indifferent towards the guests' complaints, with no effort to improve the situation. the amenities, such as the sports facilities and laundry room, were lacking in quantity and quality.

We had incredible service for the entire duration of our stay. Every staff member went out of their way to accommodate our group. I was so impressed with the staff at the front desk and the restaurant staff. We had a large group for dinner on the night of the 18th and the lady in the restaurant was on her own and was efficient, friendly and wonderful with the children in our party. I cannot say enough about how fabulous the staff were. The location was perfect, very close to the highway and many restaurants and the waterfront was less than a 10 minute drive from the hotel.
