The hotel itself was very nice - clean, with a good breakfast and a clean pool area. The staff provided great customer service and were very friendly. The hotel gave us a Christmas card and gift, and even had a complimentary breakfast on Christmas day.

Guests can also take advantage of the modern amenities in the room, such as a Keurig coffee maker and HD TV with a wide selection of channels. The bathroom provides plentiful hot water, allowing for a relaxing shower or bath. Furthermore, the excellent service extends to room service, as they happily provided complimentary milk for a baby late at night.

The hotel could benefit from renovations in the older section.

The friendly staff made us feel welcome right away. the parking was plentiful and accessible, even for our large vehicle. the hot tub was a favorite, but the pool area was also good. We loved being close to the border, which made it easy to cross over. the local currency made things more affordable.

The hotel could have done better in terms of cleanliness. It was also inconvenient to have to drag our luggage up a staircase to our second-floor room.
