We stayed at a hotel during New Year's Eve. They offered us champagne and party hats as a complementary gift to welcome the new year. the location was great, walking distance to restaurants and bars. the view from our room was amazing as it was overlooking the city.

Our room was not clean and we found hairs on the bed and in the bathroom. the heating system in the room was not working properly, making the room very cold even when we had the temperature set high.
