I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Gananoque for leisure purposes. Our stay was fantastic, and we were impressed with several features. The renovated rooms were of a very high standard, with excellent facilities such as numerous USB points for charging phones. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, and the staff was consistently helpful and cheerful. The one bedroom suite with a spa bath was exceptional, with clean, high-quality furnishings, blackout blinds, and good towels. Additionally, the pool and laundry facilities were great. The location was convenient for our plans, and the desk staff went above and beyond to accommodate us.

The room I had was a King Suite with a nice Jacuzzi inside and it was in good condition. The staff was very friendly and the basic amenities were all there. I also liked the location on the outskirts of town, which provided a nice quiet environment.

As young holiday goers, we were thrilled with the amenities at this hotel. The express pancake machine during breakfast was a game-changer. The breakfast room was nicely decorated and the hot food, including the pancakes, was delicious.
