The location of this place is absolutely breathtaking, situated right on the banks of the Zambezi River. The views of the sunset across the river are simply astounding, making for a truly memorable experience.

The hotel staff was very friendly and professional, always ready to assist us with any request. The service, room service, housekeeping, and laundry were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel also offered an airport shuttle service, making our arrival and departure stress-free.

Spending our Christmas break here was an unforgettable experience! The hotel's stunning view of the Zambezi River and the breathtaking sunsets made it a perfect location for relaxation. The breakfast buffet was a great start to the day, with a large selection of freshly cooked options. We enjoyed taking a dip in the pool and trying out the leisure facilities, especially the mini-golf. Another plus point was the professional and friendly staff who were quick to resolve any issues and make sure our stay was comfortable.

We also found the loud music around the pool and on the sunset cruise to be a bit too much and felt it did detract from the natural surroundings. However, we did appreciate that the staff were attentive and accommodating throughout our stay.

The newly opened resort was immaculate, and my room had a balcony overlooking the river, adding to the amazing experience. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options, and the attentive dining room staff made sure everything was perfect. Despite a minor issue with the door keys, the hotel's 5-star amenities and double balconies in my suite really stood out. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable stay.

One downside is that at times, there may be some noise disturbance during the day, especially if the marimba guys are playing simultaneously with the pool music.
