Great staff and comfortable room made for a wonderful romantic escape. The friendly and helpful staff ensured our stay was enjoyable from start to finish. Our room was clean and cozy, offering the perfect ambiance for a romantic getaway. Plus, the location was convenient, with plenty of nearby restaurant choices and attractions to explore.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. The coffee machine in our room was defective, which as we couldn't enjoy a cup of coffee in the evenings.

I recently stayed at this hotel and as a solo traveler, I found the pool to be a great facility. Although I didn't have a chance to swim, it was the main reason I chose this hotel. It's always nice to have the option of a pool during a stay.

The hotel was impressively clean, from the lobby to the rooms. the beds were comfortable, and there was a variety of pillows to choose from. the location was convenient for accessing nearby restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the area. Having a pool, gym, and patio added to the relaxation factor.

The breakfast selection could use some improvement, either by providing more options or by changing up the offerings from day to day. having a movie channel available for guests would have been a nice feature, especially for those rainy nights when staying in would be more enjoyable.

Another downside was the high prices of the beverages and snacks offered at the hotel. I ended up buying them elsewhere to save some money.

coffee shortage one afternoon

Our recent stay at Holiday Inn Express in Belleville was excellent. We stayed for three nights for a family vacation. The building appeared to be brand new and well-maintained. The front desk staff member was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel room had a modern and clean look, and the bathroom was spotless. There was ample parking available, and we enjoyed the convenience of having several restaurants within a short walking distance. The bed was comfortable, and the overall tidiness of the room was commendable.
